Now thanks to India Today media outlet which checked this viral footage and learnt that actually this is old footage which was captured before the invasion and that's why it's always important not to believe whatever you see on social media now days especially with lots of propaganda coming from both Russia and Ukraine.

According to Military watch Magazine, The aerial combat battle order for Russia was only focused on the SU-35 and we've seen videos of the SU-35 squadrons trying to take air superiority in Ukraine.
Besides that the numbers aren't their for supply and also to form a squadron and they lack operational readiness and far ready for major war.
