In the world where mostly young and underground talents are underrated, here comes a new and ‘here to stay’ opportunity for Ugandan Talents to be showcased and put in limelight. With the main aim of promoting local producers and talents, UMUKUNDE Productions came up with a monthly event named “Kampala Iconic Festival” which will feature talents exhibition shows, celebrities’ talk shows and performances.
The event is also designed to celebrate Ugandan talents and every Ugandan made in general.

Via their social Medias platforms, UMUKUNDE Productions called up on different talents in Uganda to consider auditioning and be put on a list to perform on its ever first event on 1st April 2022.
“Afro Next talents, a bigger opportunity to chase your dreams and nurture your talent in a limelight. Do you believe you have a unique skill or ability? The world can’t wait to see you at your best’” they posted.
They kept stressing on how beneficial this will be to those talents mentioning the importance of exposure and being given a platform stating how it may pave a way for them to connect to a potential investor or a talent manager.
According to what is shared on their different social media platforms, the audition is set on 12th March 2022 at Copper Chimney Uganda besides Lugogo Cricket Oval stadium.
