Doctors have delivered a baby via an emergency caesarean section on a Palestinian woman who was killed in an Israeli attack in the southern city of Rafah. Health officials said Sabreen al-Sakani had been 30 weeks' pregnant when she was killed alongside her husband and young daughter.
