Minister of Health Jane Ruth Aceng and the World Health Organization (WHO) country representative Yonas Tegegn Woldemariam have made final assessments of the clinical trial base in Kampala, as the country prepares to start Ebola vaccine trials.
Uganda's President Yoweri Museveni also extended a quarantine placed on two districts that are the epicenter of the country's Ebola outbreak by 21 days, adding that his government's response to the disease was succeeding.
