The Deauville — the historic Miami Beach hotel where The Beatles performed on "The Ed Sullivan Show" — was DEMOLISHED on Sunday morning after owners deliberately neglected the property for years so they can redevelop it.Florida: The historic Deauville Beach Resort in Miami Beach was imploded and its  implosion led to a huge cloud of smoke blowing south, sending people scrambling on the beach. Seems to have set off a smoke alarm in one nearby building.
