Romanian Foreign Minister Bogdan Aurescu met with his Ukrainian counterpart Dmitri Kuleba on the sidelines of the NATO summit in Bucharest.
While reiterating his support for Kiev Aurescu also called on Ukraine to recognize that there is no such thing as the “so-called” Moldovan language.
According to the Romanian FM’s statement, the request was not made for the first time. Kiev did not immediately comment on the proposal.
