| 21 Nigerian Kids Freed By Gunmen Captors |
Nigerian police have confirmed their are 21 children abducted by gunmen last week have been freed and returned to their families, but denied some of the parents’ claims of ransom being paid.
Parents of three of the captives - all of whom were aged between 8-14 - said they’d paid around $3,400 to the gunmen to be reunited with their children, who had been snatched while harvesting crops on October 30.
