What will Russia get after the referendum and How the new Russia will look

Recently the head of the LPR signed the law on a referendum on the issue of joining Russia as a subject of the Federation.

The decision was made by the heads of the republics Leonid Pasechnik and Denis Pushilin who unanimously supported the holding of referendums on joining the Russian Federation.

Later Referendums to join Russia where announced in multiple parts of Ukraine which Russia is currently occupying.

President Putin promised to respect the results from liberated territories and this what he had to say “When the territorial integrity of our country is threatened, we will certainly use all the means at our disposal to protect Russia and our people. This is not a bluff! The territorial integrity of our Motherland will be ensured by all means"

What will Russia get after the referendum?

Russia will add 5 to 6 million new citizens.
In the future, when refugees begin to return, the total population of the new regions may grow to 8-9 million people.
The area of the liberated territories where the referendums will be held is about 113,000 square kilometers.
In terms of area, this is larger than Bulgaria, Cuba or South Korea.
The population is larger than Belgium, Belarus, Israel or Austria.
