“The Russian army has worked on its mistakes im Satisfied” says Former People’s Governor of Donbass.
In a nationwide address on Wednesday morning, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a partial military mobilization.
He explained that the Defense Ministry has recommended drawing military reservists into active service, as the country faces a protracted conflict in Ukraine and Donbass.
After Vladimir Putin’s announcement partial Military mobilization, alot of pro Russian activitists have came out to support Russia and this included Pavel Gubarev who is a Ukrainian pro-Russian activist that proclaimed himself the "People's Governor" of the Donetsk Region at the Regional Assembly back on 3rd March, 2014
