Ukrainian military in the Azot Chemical plant reports over 500 civilians which are being trapped in the plant and unspecified numbers of Soldiers and Russia has demanded that Ukrainian forces which have been holed up in a Severodonetsk chemical plant should lay down their weapons and surrender this morning.
Mikhail Mizintsev, head of Russia's National Defence Management Center told the press that Ukrainian troops should stop their senseless resistance and lay down their weapons, He also promised that civilians would be able to escape through a humanitarian corridor.
At the moment the situation in the Azot Chemical steel plant is familiar to the one which was in Azovstal Steel plant in Mariupol where thousands of Soldiers sheltered and then surrendered to the the Russian DPR forces, Till now they are still in Custody.
