Ethiopians today lined up outside the Russian embassy found in Addis Ababa which is the capital of Ethiopia with hopes of Fighting for Russia against Ukraine.Men and women were seen in line after a social media Rumour of a $2,000 payment to join and work in Russia after the war is done.

The Russian Embassy issued a statement that it was not recruiting fighters and the Ethiopians that were seen outside were well-wishers expressing solidarity and support for the and support for the Russian Federation. The Ethiopian Foreign ministry via their Twitter handle welcomed the statement
