Video:Umeme worker gets spanked after Finding Illegal wiring at a site of an MP: Justice never Served.
On several occasions, UMEME workers have been disconnecting power at Mr. Tayebwa's site. However, this time round he stubbornly used dubious means to get reconnected as A UMEME worker found illegal wiring at Mr. Tayebwa's site on Busabala road. The man was doing a follow-up for he had disconnected him on Aug 21st 2020. Mr. Tayebwa ordered his driver to undress the UMEME worker & whip him. The man recorded him
This man was Identified as Bukenya Bonny who was a contractor at UMEME
On August 28th of 2020 Umeme issued a statement on this Incident showing how it strongly condemned this act, Reports were made to the police but till now 2022 justice has never been served
