Ukraine Invasion: Putin addresses the next generation of fighters

In a televised address, the Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke about the "nature of modern conflict" and the next generation of military fighters. He appealed to them to learn from veterans "for the benefit of Russia" during the "special operation" in Ukraine, in which he wished them success.
