Kapa Kat not sorry for her dressing code and her overall ways

Ugandan Dance hall artiste Kapa Kat after her ‘so talked about’ Galaxy FM organized “therefore etteta” concert performance where people coded her for being extra and so indecent dressed, the “understand” hit maker doesn’t understand why Ugandans are so narrow minded that they like internationals do some things that they wouldn’t be cool with their very owns doing. 

In a 2 minutes “let’s get real” captioned video, she shared on her social media handles, the singer expressed her disappointment in her country people of being COOL with Card B and Rihanna getting half naked and not fine with Sheebah or her doing the same thing.

“I want to understand why when Card B does it is pretty but when I do it is abstinence, or whatever else you want to call it. I feel like my country is trying to characterize with hate… let us be open minded” 

The “Binzita” singer kept on stressing about how her type of music comes with a certain branding, plus how her ways fits for the kind of audience she is serving. She explained that Uganda is made of two generations; outgoing and incoming which are so diverse and both needs different things but her heart chooses to serve incoming because that is where she belongs. 

“I am sorry for whoever if offended but I’ll insist that this does not look bad for me because it is the kind of artist that I am. I am Dance hall, I am KAPA. What do you expect from Kapa?” she concluded.
