We live in it or it is what we are. Whatever. But what we are all sure about, is that we are so close and attached to our bodies. But what is funny is that however much we try to maintain them, no matter how often we wash them or how perfect they look, there are still some things that they do that we cannot even imagine they do. WACK! Some are weird, funny and even sad. Here we present you weird facts and things that our bodies do but the most interesting fact in all, is that every fact is an average. Some do more others do less. But there is always an average.
- You produce about 20,000 liters of spit in your lifetime. Or in other words, enough spit to fill around 53 bathtubs. YUCK!

According to sciencefocus.com the flow rate is 30ml produced per an hour. A bit more when you are eating, a bit less when sleeping. That is approximately a wine bottle full every day or 20,000 liters in your life time, in other words 53 bathtubs full to the brim with saliva!

 - If all blood vessels in the human body were laid end to end, they would encircle the earth four times

Beneath human skin and deeper within its body there runs a network of veins. These thin, tube-like structures are an essential part of the circulatory system. According to Eidson, the amount of blood vessel in a human adult would circle our planet four times equaling 100,000 miles. While if all the arteries, veins, and capillaries of a human child, stretched end to end, are estimate around the earth about 2.5 times making 60,000 miles.

 - Human eyes blink around 20 times a minute, and that is over ten million times a year

On average, people blink around 15 to 20 times a minute. Research shows that blinking less often is caused by Computer vision syndrome which happens when one uses a computer for a long time without a break while blinking more often is rarely a sign of a serious issue but happens when you are irritated by irritants in the air and dry eyes among others

 - An average nose produce about a cupful of nasal mucus every day

Your nose and throat are lined with glands that produce 1 to 2 quarts of mucus every day. You swallow that mucus all day without knowing it. But there is always an additional flow during a cold.

 - You are 1 cm taller when you wake up

As we go through the day, the cartilage in our knees and spine slowly compresses causing us to shrink a little while when we are lying down in a resting position, the spine is said to spread out or decompress. So when we wake up we are taller after lying in bed the whole night.
